Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the return form provided in your initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 10-14 business days of receipt.
